Built a PMO from nothing inside a fast-growing FinTech — bringing order, governance and ownership to 50+ unmanaged workstreams in six months.
Created a PMO function for a rapidly growing payments technology company. Generated governance frameworks and a full project lifecycle model to qualify new projects and manage them from conception through to BAU transition. In parallel, extrapolated more than 50 projects from a chaotic BAU stream, wrapping PMO governance around each to bring order, ownership and transparency to the portfolio.
Portfolio of 50+ concurrent workstreams. Six-month engagement. Single point of contact for budget, commercial, RAID and resource management.
Direct reporting to CFO. Weekly leadership reporting. Multi-team coordination across product, engineering and operations. Client base spanning multiple global sectors and verticals.
