Currently providing a fractional PM service via Consaelting Ltd, embedded with Costain to provide assurance to National Highways on the GeoVision programme — a suite of spatial applications delivered by third-party developer ESRi via the Spatial Portal. Phase 1 was completed on time and on budget in May 2025. Now engaged in the Discovery Phase of Phase 2, due to kick off October 2025.
