Originally drafted in to manage a 5PB research data storage implementation (Cloudian, SME, S3 across three sites). When Covid-19 hit in March 2020, the project went on hold and the engagement pivoted to lead a fast-paced response programme. Managed a mixture of risk-mitigating tactical responses and expedited digital transformation projects to support remote working, learning and exam delivery — culminating in the full migration of the University's Virtual Learning Environment to the Azure platform.

Senior University leadership, IT directorate, academic stakeholders, third-party suppliers. Reported to AD Solutions Delivery. Operated under significant time pressure and public scrutiny during the pandemic response.
